Help with your printer
Have your printer model and a description of the problem ready. A photo of the printout helps if the fault is print quality.
Drivers and manuals
GoDEX publishes drivers, firmware, manuals and quick guides on its website.
Common replacement parts
A worn print head usually shows up as thin white lines running through the print. We can confirm the right replacement from your model and resolution.
